About Us
Vietnamese Restaurant
Located on the famous Calle de las Huertas in Madrid, you will find Vietnam Restaurant, founded by a Vietnamese woman — Chef DUONG since 2013. Vietnam Restaurant offers an extensive menu of traditional Vietnamese cuisine made with premium-quality ingredients.
Originally from Hai Phong, Vietnam, Chef Duong brought her family's traditional recipes to create the first Vietnamese cuisine restaurant in Madrid. Her passion and authenticity were recognized by Metrópoli magazine, which highlighted it as one of the capital's culinary gems.
Today, with two locations — Huertas and Cañaveral — we remain true to our philosophy: fresh, light, and flavorful cuisine, prepared with premium ingredients and the same love as always.

Vietnamese cuisine is renowned for its balance of flavors, fresh ingredients, and culinary traditions passed down through generations.
Iconic dishes like Pho, Nem Cuon and Bun Cha reflect a culinary philosophy where every ingredient has its purpose: freshness, aroma and balance in every bite.
Our cuisine is lighter and healthier than conventional Asian food: more vegetables, less oil, without excessive spice. We use premium ingredients, including Iberian pork for our Bun Cha.
