We present our new “Flavors of Vietnam” Tasting Menu, a culinary journey in 7 courses that will transport you from the streets of Hanoi to the floating markets of the Mekong.
The menu includes a careful selection of our specialties: fresh Nem Cuốn, Phở soup with 12-hour broth, Bún Chả with grilled Iberian pork, mild coconut curry, and a traditional Vietnamese dessert. Each dish comes with an explanation of its origin and tradition.
